## Digital Invoice Processing System Jan 2025 – Mar 2025 Associated with Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) This project delivers a fully automated digital invoice processing system that eliminates manual intervention using OCR, LLMs, and RPA. The system automatically detects invoices from emails, extracts and structures invoice data into standardized JSON, and validates it against purchase orders in the ERP system. Matching invoices are auto-approved based on configurable thresholds, while mismatches are intelligently flagged and routed for human review. With support for multiple invoice formats, parallel processing, and low-latency execution, the solution significantly reduces processing time, minimizes errors, and improves vendor relationships through faster and more accurate invoice handling.
